Crystal performance

This show was not your typical performance. It was ice skating I expected trampolines and a three ring circus. I saw the show in Orlando about 8 years ago and was spell bound by it. This one I would like a refund. Our tickets were 300. Mays from lakeland, fl

Cancelled Show with no ticket money reimbursement

Dear Cirque du Soleil.

We bought tickets to a show that was supposed to happen in September 2017 at Green Point Stadium in Cape Town, South Africa. The show and a few other shows were randomly cancelled, as apparently an employee stole all the funds and disappeared. There was an apology letter posted later that said all monies will be reimbursed. I sent a few emails as requested, but we have not been contacted or reimbursed up until now, March 2018.

I see that all evidence about this incident has been deleted off the internet. This is not good business practise.

Please advise on the above mentioned incident.

Decibels dangerously high

On December 21 2018 I went to see your show Volta next to the hard rock stadium lot 13 in Miami Florida.
Section 103 row AA sear 3.
I have seen many shows all over the US and. I am a big fan
BUT

I had to leave the show at intermission because the decibel of the sounds was unbearable(adding to that the shouting excited from the crowd ) I had severe pain in my ears and tension,to the day I have constant aches.
You need to do something,it is dangerous and can cause lesions.

I missed the show and wasted my money and several people left as well.
Fix it ,Check the sounds level in the Grand Chapiteau ,it could be a problem

Filming at Cirque shows

What are you doing- -developing an interactive app so the audience can now legitimately use their phone for the entire duration of a show -BIG MISTAKE. I do not pay $200+/seat for a the pleasure of seeing one of your shows through the screen of audience members who are sitting in front of me - so disappointed, such a waste of money. The ignorance and abuse hurdled at me when I suggested they put their phones away was insane. The assistance I got from your staff when I pointed out the problem at intermission was non existent. I have been an avid patron of all things Cirque for a long time - but my experience In Melbourne has put an end to our relationship.
I come to see LIVE entertainment -not recorded or any other form - you cannot continue to demand such prices for seats if the TOTAL LIVE experience is not to be had. So disappointed.

I was cheates

My name is farooq amin sufi. I was in ur club in dubai last night i want to complain about last night. Sir i am writing to let you know about a big cheating experience i had at your club. I belong to a vwry well known family from england and pakistan. I club everywhere in the world but sir the experience i had last might i feel as if i have been cheated and humiliated. Sir the conplain is not about anything about me asking uou to refund me my money. Its about someone who never thought a reknown name like cirque will cheat me like this. I can pay 2 million dhirhams but not a single penny by cheating. But last night in the club which is 3rd of june. I booked a table and ordered magnum vodka which was for 4500 dhs and the mixers. Sir after one and a half hour i went to the waahroom come back and i see a show of 4 champagnes coming to my table with sprinklers i was asked by onebof the waiters to open the bottle i said yes thinking that my min spend was 6000 amd maybw they have sent the bottle to fullfill the table show. The attendent never tild me norbi never ordered this bottle myself what was it doig on my table. He opened it and it was later when the bill came the jotle was for 7000 dhrs. When the bill came it was 13400 dha i was shocked and i said sir pls tell me why did u guys do this they said we told u its 7000 and i said why would k open a bottle of 7000 knowing only half joir is left for club to end. Sir the attendent at my table said i told you its this much and atill you told me to open it. Sir i was taken in the back room sayig we will call police ifbu dont pay just pay. I said pls i dont have this sort of money there is a huge missunderstanding pls do something to sortbitbout. They kept mebinsode saying i am a liar i am telljng u all ghis not for anythingbut for justice. They kept my guests at the table to show their identity so they keep it and give to the police they all got so acared and was requesting please pay please pay. All the bouncers were threatening me of calling police and i said please call police. They saod poloce will kot only take u but also your guests. The ladies on ly table panicked which were al my fellow university friends from london. I ended upbpyinn then money which was 13000 dhs where i was supposed to pay 6000 dhs. Plss i humbly request pls to hear my voice and there shud be some action taken against this fraud. I would never ever i. Myblife ever go clubbing in dubai again after this but atleast a club of your repute should never be like this. I wilould never be askinf u with anybother favourS but atleaat justice. Thats allbi demand. Thats all i demand pls sir/madam take some action againat it. This is so wrong sir sooo wrong ghe guy attending my table tricked me into it. I swear ot was all planned. Pls for the sake of God pls answer me over this. I am not asking for any favours bilut juat justice just ahow me something was done An action was taken to tell these guys thats not how they should do. Cheating is just kot acceptable anywhere in the world and especially a club of your stature. Pls i humbly request u for jusyice sir. Plss

POOR access & response to assistance request of my lost Ticket email confirmation

Re: [#738771] I bought two tickets to February's show in London Amaluna. Somehow a block of 'two weeks of emails' totally disappeared and one of them was my ticket confirmation email. I have since tried emailing and calling to get this email resent. The email response was that this could only be done by phone and so the international number they supplied does not connect. I supplied all the bank confirmation details and my personal details but still no joy after two months of trying and the show draws near and I am nowhere closer to knowing if I will get tickets or if the tickets were on the email confirmation. Can anyone direct me to a number that connects besides the following two.. International : 00-800-1-548-0000 or 0011-800-1-548-0000. Mrs P Ho Nunes

Rude Gift Card Manager and his staff

I brought x2 ($100) Cirque du Soleil gift cards from Costco in Dec 2013. I've selected 2 seats that are $105/each on one of the Friday evenings show (Feb 2014). I entered both gift cards to check out and completed the transaction with paying the $10 differences from my credit card. After a few minutes i received purchase confirmation email with $210 paid off and confirmation of seats (section 103, C11-C12) for the 8pm show on 2/21/14. And then my husband found out that his credit card has been charged in full price ($210) instead of the difference ($10). He then called the gift card dept of Cirque du Soleil (12/19/13, @11pm) and asked why there is an error on the credit card for overcharging the amount. The female Customer Service Rep. automatically knows what's wrong without having my husband explain in detail. The Customer Service Rep sounds know other consumers have already before his phone call for the same situation. The Rep said she can either cancel the whole PO or she assigns us to other seats (C13-14) what are going to be further end without picking your own. I feel very upset toward her idea because it is not my fault then their system didn't take the gift card values at the time i completed the purchase. My husband gave me the phone to talk to her and I told her either she appoints us the same seat/same section or better seat in better section. The Rep didn't listen and then she started yelling saying she is doing her best to solve problem here and they cannot give me back the same seats, "if you don't like the different seating arrangement then we will just cancel your order." I asked to speak with the Manager (Waltes) and he gave us rude attitude and said the same thing as what the Rep said and then he hung up the conversation in the middle of the conversation on me after shouting on me (saying other people would buy the seats if you don't take them or they simply hit cancel my order) while the problem remains unresolved. He refunded my credit card and the same seats (section 103, C11-12) still shows up on the system. I don't understand why the customer service rep cannot hold the same seats/same section first and then repair the error but instead they chose causing all these hateful dramas to consumers. The gift card service dept is the worst I have ever seen. The gift card seems a little cheaper than regular fares but they have limited options seating (they don't open up the available seats unless other people buy them then you can get the next seats its left/right...) in term of seating unless you pay extra on premium to get better view/angle to see the show. After they cancelled my order, I have decided to pick premium seats instead of category 1 for better view to the show. I hope I can find a way to complaint to the Company Corporate about this incident on how irresponsible on both manager and his staff to handle credit card error and provide "rude shouting" manners to consumers. I don't think this company is looking for professional customer satisfaction if other people have the same Customer Service experience from the same Dept. Think twice before buying gift cards because they don't honor the gift cards or they will assign you other seats that you don't like. The gift card dept refused to make any remedy and the staff /manager enjoyed yelling customers and hung up in the middle of the call without saying proper greetings such as good-bye... and without apology.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

I have never in my life received a gift card that has been this difficult to use. You can't choose your seat by paying with your gift card. You are given the "best seat option" at the time and in my case was NOT the best seat available. I was on their website looking at the available seats that I wanted- they were the same price and still when I called the gift card line they said I would get the best seats available and that there was nothing they could do. I called twice. Once to ask a question and again to get clarification on the seating options. Both times the customer service was some of the worst I have ever had to deal with in my life. They were both completely rude! I would highly suggest thinking twice before ever getting someone a gift card to Cirque Du Soleil.
