This is with reference to my CITI bank credit card 4XXXXXXXXXXXX4, I received message & mail on 25th November 2018 at 11.14 PM, about unauthorised transactions.

Following this, within a minute I called CITI bank customer care to inform about it & instructed them to block the card immediately. I also received confirmation message from them that card is blocked. (26th November- 9.00 AM).

Unauthorised Transaction details are as below:
1,000.00 INR was spent on Card 4XXXXXXXXXXXXXX4 on 25-NOV-18 at FACEBK ADS. FX charges as per TnC. Available credit limit is now Rs. 58,377.74.

5,500.00 INR was spent on Card 4XXXXXXXXXXXXXX4on 25-NOV-18 at FACEBK ADS. FX charges as per TnC. Available credit limit is now Rs. 52,877.74.

10,500.00 INR was spent on Card 4XXXXXXXXXXXXXX4 on 25-NOV-18 at FACEBK ADS. FX charges as per TnC. Available credit limit is now Rs. 42,377.74.

Today 15-Nov-2018, I have received an SMS from Citi bank credit card for transaction of INR 1400 at FACEBK ADS without my authorization. And immediately I have blocked my card, please some help me how to cancel the transaction and get my money back.
