On 1 June, 2011, I received card payment notice by which the deadline dated 1 June 2011. On 2 June, 2011, I paid the statement balance and called Citibank. They insist I have to pay for the service charge and penalty. I accused Citibank has delayed posting the notice to the customers in purpose. Last year, I did not receive e-statement notice and I told them to send me the hard copy. This month, I do not have the payment notice until deadline date.

The citibank have posted the interest and late charges in this month's bill. However, i have paid the last month amount on time but the bank is still telling a lie. They said the machine closed at 3 for payment but I paid at 6 everytime. Moreover, no one remind us the machines closed at 3pm on the due date. Why didnt they show it on the bill, how do i know if it is 3pm.
In the bill, it just says Jan 30 but didnt tell the time, so i thought anytime before the bank closes, i can pay.
Now, i have to get rid of this amount which 180 and 85 dollars respectively. If this is not done before 29th Feb, I will lodge a complain to the head office of all banks so to discuss this matter further because I'm sure I am right in this stage.
