Hi This is regarding a very pathetic and worse Customer service from the city express burdubai branch.Actually what happened is my aunty was very sick and was admitted to the hospital in india,So my cousin brother son of Aunty who was admitted in the hospital transferred money from dubai City Express Burdubai branch) for her treatment on August 22nd'2021.The medicines were very expensive so we were eagerly waiting for the money to be credited so we could buy a medicine for her treatment.Usually it takes 2 maximum days to transfer to bank account in India but it was already 5 days we waited but we didn't get any money credited in the bank.So we contacted Burdubai branch through email,wassapp and even my brother visited the City Express Burdubai branch but they didn't help us.We contacted the branch manager (+971561744407) through phone calls and even wassapp but being a branch manager he spoke and treated us so rudely which was out of expectations.
Today is 4th of September because now my aunty is no more with us and today is her funeral rites but the money which my cousin brother transferred on 22nd of August still not credited to the bank Account.
So this is a request and suggestions please kindly help the customers because what ever happened with us might not repeat the same with others.
