Twice for me, but similar complaint to others here. Have had a very nice-looking pair of black leather clogs and also sandals, both with rubber soles, pull totally apart at the stitches. Each pair worn a moderate amount, nowhere near worn out. Bottom of soles still had texture. Expensive shoes with cheesy materials and workmanship. Sad and disappointing. Thought this was a good brand.
