Hi team,

I bought the 1 pair of shoes from Clarks, but I am very disappoint about the quality of shoes sole. As you know that cost of shoes is around 5000INR and I used this shoes hardly 10-15 times in the 8 months.

As this is last purchased from my side, if Clarks will do something to change my pair so I will think to buy in future. I have hope in me because it's very big international brand and they consider my request and resolve ASAP.

I will tag this problem to all social website if they'll not do something.
