3rd pair of Clarks shoes that have come apart at the stitching, two of which while I was walking in them, and thankfully I had an pair of boots in the trunk of car for snow, or I would have been in a mess. The company replaced the first 2 pairs, I would like to have the 3rd pair replaced, and honestly will have to think hard on buying another pair, although I really like their shoes, expect for this big problem. I do have photos on my cell phone if needed.
