I purchased a pair of Clarks from Goodwill. They looked like they've never been worn - not a single scuff mark on the upper, no foot or toe impression or any worn marks inside of shoe, sides or on the bottom of the sole of the shoe. I wore them ONE time. I literally had them on my feet for two hours when I noticed a bread crumb trail (rather a sole crumb trail) behind me. All of the sudden, my foot collapsed as the soles on BOTH shoes crumbled simultaneously! This is a health hazard with a lawsuit waiting to happen! Now that I know how cheaply made Clarks shoes have become, I will never again purchase their cheaply made-in-China footwear new, consignment, or Goodwill.
