Dear Sirs,

I add to other numerous complaints about the sole disintegration of shoes from maker/dealer Clarks. In my case, I bought my pair of shiny black shoes in 2006 to wear them in my wedding. I have seldom used them since then, max. once or twice a year, and I was shocked, embarrassed and overwhelmed with shame when the sole of both shoes came apart at the same time during an important business dinner with some key customers. I could not believe my eyes! And I cannot believe that Clarks actually produces shoes with such poor materials. I will not waste my time complaining to the company because I've seen that the case is not properly addressed and they reject any responsibility whatsoever, even to the point of claiming that not wearing shoes spoil them!! Well, I just wanted to add my complaint to many others so that we may get a snowball effect and you realize the harm done to the British shoe industry. I have informed and linked all my social networks' contacts about this, and there's no doubt that neither I, nor anyone I know, will never buy again any shoes from Clarks unless the company atones for it publicly.
