I am the owner of Anjali Bengals and I would like to state that the 'complaint' posted above is a vicious lie. An unethical breeder that I refuse to sell a kitten to has decided to place false reports about my breeding program on the internet. She has a pattern of doing this sort of thing and all I can say is that it's disgraceful. This breeder knows how much we value our reputation and is being vindictive. We have a small breeding program and offer a comprehensive health guarantee on our kittens. We do not sell sick kittens and we would always work with the new owner if a problem ever arises. I have always wanted a bengal cat, and I feel like I did my homework before I purchased one. I felt that the best looking bengals were at Anjali Bengals in Indianapolis. The breeder at Anjali bengals is Dana McLean Scott. I purchased a kitten from her because she seemed honest and caring. Dana was always available to talk with me prior to the sale of the kitten - but that all changed after I received the kitten. Dana sold me a very sick kitten and refused to stand behind her contract. The kitten had a very bad case of ear mites, and even worse - diarrhea. My veterinarian was stumped by the diarrhea and Dana would not return my many emails and phone calls. I really was stressed by the fact that Dana would not even help me to find out what was wrong with my kitten. Eventually my veterinarian ordered a special lab test of the diarrhea and he determined that my kitten had Giardia. The veterinarian said that Giardia is a parasite that effects cats and dogs - usually in kitten or puppy mills. Do not believe the lies that Dana tells you to get you to buy a kitten. Maybe there are some happy customers who bought from Anajali bengals but I am definitely not happy.

Ordered from Dave/Bob Clark many years ago. Very good salesman. Made me feel comfortable. Upon receiving the cats we took them to our trusted vet, at which point she showed us the fleas and the obvious other problems including ringworm. We proceeded to pay for these fixes and brought the problems to Dave's attention, at which point he said, "I want you to be fully satisfied, and if you would like to send them back, you can." When I said, "Great I will send them back and you can refund my money," he proceeded to tell me that he didn't think I deserved any money back. We sent the cats back as soon as possible. Even after a lawsuit, I have never received any recognition from Dave or my money. I was naive and believed what he told me. $3000 experience hurt. After 5 years, I realized that I will never get my money. I truly hope that people reap what they sow. People like Dave cause my to lose my faith in humanity.

Seems this is a bad case of DIARRHEA OF THE MOUTH AND CONSTIPATION OF THE BRAIN. Not listening in Sunday school TOO! If you can not say anything good about a person then don't say anything at all. REALLY? REALLY, what Happened there. Nasty things said about a woman and yet it is okay. Slandered the woman. That is easy to see. Gave away medical info. That is a breach of HIPPA rules. Did not say things about any one when you do the same. Like a wild animal foaming at the mouth, taking hit after hit; bite after bite. Is it Rabies? Has too be true cause one detests too much. If possible shut mouth and listen. See the error of ones way. Stop the slander. No one has been served unless it was at lunch. What goes around comes around. Hard to take when comes back at ya. Can not claim slander when you do it too. All I have hear is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ALL THE WAY HOME.WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA go home. Must be kindergarten since this is not Sunday school. Name calling.......calls for time out. Truth.... always time for it. Take the truth like a man and make things right. Stop the madness, stop the abuse, stop the illness of Diarrhea of the mouth. Shut ones mouth and take out ones foot if all possible. Listen to all the voices they are telling you important things, important lessons.

When we shipped her boy we told her then that we filed the litter registrations once a year and that it would take some time but, we would get them for her. She bought the boy in Sept. and fix the boy in Dec. we filed the litters in the end of Dec. ...
This buyer called me on a regular bases about her paperwork and time after time I repeated myself ...she bought a pet and really only was to get " Pet Papers" Not an important reason to have the paperwork ...but ...it wasn't fast enough for this woman.
Constently bugging me and finally we would not take her callsor her emails .They both were toxic.
I filed the paperwork like I had told her at the end of the year ...and TICA ...has had them till even now.
My district rep. from tica called me and told me about Ann's desires...and checked with the tica offices and found that I did EXACTLY what I told her I was doing.
So, now I am such a terrible fellow cause Ann didn't get her paperwork ...in a few months ...and she wants to pile it high...
Ann think's in her heart that she is a PRUDENT woman...I do not agree. I think she is a pushy woman that gets irratated when she can't check something off her to do list, when she feels it's right. I was HONEST with Ann, till the point where I got sick of her crap. She sure can dish it out .
Ann turned out to be a real pain...those in boca raton that know her might say the same...so, now she has to go to the extreme's to make my life hell ...look at her rant again.

Yes, I have been to court...I have been in business for a decade. The reason why I was in court ( which could of been avoided ) because it took a judge to do what was fair.

Would it be fair to go and find out all the dirt on this woman and since she is self employed as a " HEAD HUNTER " and warn others about her BI-POLAR .She has her own employment company..I would never recommend her to a friend after this behavior, NEVER...mean and hateful personality to others in her field...no good neighbors don't talk about each other.
In closing, I learned in sunday school that if you had nothing nice to say about someone ...then don't say it...
Ann, isn't out any money...ann's cat is living well and thriving...he met her expectations with his quality ...nobody's cheated this lady...it's none of that...
