Contacted Cleary October 2017 then December of 2017 signed a contract and gave them a check. Work was to begin in March of 2018 the month came and went without a word from them. We called they then gave us another date in April that month came and went no word from them.We called again they said July that month came and went, again no word from them. So we contacted them they told us August 9th for sure again a no show . They never called us we always have to call them then all they give us are excuses. They finally started in the middle of September. They will come maybe 2 days in a row then we won't see them for weeks. Now when we call we are lucky if they call us back.We have given them thousands of dollars. We talk to the Manager of the project and he is the one that gives us excuse after excuse, we have talked to the General manager and not getting anywhere with him either. The manager and the General manager are father and son so complaining to either of them gets us nowhere. It is now December 2018 and our pole barn is still not completed. We have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and next we will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When we signed the contract they told us the job would take 2 weeks. In 3 days from now it will be 1 year. We have given them thousands of dollars and still don't have a finished building. We feel we were taken advantage of. It has been nothing but a headache working with this company. Your lucky if they call you back and when they do they make up excuses. I WOULDN'T recommend CLEARY building Corp to anyone. I live in Pueblo West, Colorado, anyone in Pueblo and the surrounding area you would be dealing with this father and son duo. Their office is also in Pueblo West, Colorado.
