On June 8th my credit card showed a payment of $AU65.99 to "CJEVERBRIDGE AG KOELN". This payment was NEVER authorised! I have NEVER heard of these people. Considering the number of complaints against this company on the internet,
it is obviously FRAUDULANT!!! The credit card was AMEX, and I have them investigating another company for the same sort of dealings right now!
Not only did I NOT authorise this payment, but I certainly did NOT give them my credit card number...how did they find out that number?
I rang CLEVERBRIDGE and was told that they do not use this company name for credit card charges, then the RUDE girl hung up on me, obviously not interested in investigating their fraud!!

How do I go about claiming a refund? I do not want them to succeed in this undertaking!!!

On my Amex statement I have been billed $59.99 for something I have no knowledge of ! and no explanation of what

constitutes this fraudulent charge.

I request an immediate credit .

I was shocked to see $31.95 on my Wal-Mart Mastercard and I knew I never ordered anything. I have no clue what Cleverbridge AG Koln is and i am not happy about it. Please give me $31.95 back to me! Downloaded and purchased your product Driver Reviver. ref. no.88749091, invoice# AKD-73646699596, dtd. march 3, 2016 for
CA$ 39.99. The driver I wished to have fixed and installed did not install at all (marked as excempt! some how) but has been listed.

Now I am ending up to replace hardware rather than just install driver from your program. What a misleading mess!

Please do CREDIT amount to my Mastercard which Cleverbride used under the name of ReviverSoft.

Could have saved me all the trouble and money as your product is not up to standard for my purpose.
