Did not want to renew. Need refund.
The email you sent me for renewal approval went to my spam folder and I did jnot see it. I would not have renewed. I can no longer work and do not need or can afford the WinZip p-rogram. I don't think I used it more than 3 times anyway when I was working.
Please refund the $43.65 that was taken from my debit card account ending in*2603 and taken from my account on 11/29/19. That money may pay for one of my prescriptions.

Your email reminding me of the upcoming renewal went to my Spam file, and I never saw it. I have had to retire and no longer need or can afford the WinZip product. I know if I have ever even used it.
The last four numbers of the debit card account you charged are *2603. The charge was for $43.65 and it went through on 11/29/19.
Please refund this amount and take me off of your automatic renewal list.

charge debit to my account
out of no where a charge showed up on my chase card from CBI*winzip for $39.95 and there is no product of for them that sells for that price. I had not heard of them to this bill come in. Card will be notified.

Unauthorised payment
I recently had my account debited by your company with no explanation of the charge or product involved.
I do not wish to use your company, your product or your service and kindly request thqt you refund the charge to my account and delete my details from your billing system

Winzip
Dear Sirs,
This is in reference to mail #42286369. I tried to load the new Winzip 17 from the CD with the registration code I was given in Jan. 2013 but this did not solve the problem - I was still asked to pay(again) for Winzip 17. I then called the phone number you were kind enough to supply to Winzip Support but that is someplace outside of America with technicians that would have charged $98.00 minimum to attempt to fix the problem and take control of my computer and all I needed was someone to work in the billing dept. of Winzip and find that I had already paid. Therefore I must take up your offer to refund my money in accordance with the software publisher's refund policy.
