Avoid this company at all costs you have been warned !
They give you one small costs over the phone then send you the paperwork proving what they have agreed with you on the front copy BUT WOH AND BEHOLD CHECK THE SMALL PRINT ON THE BACK because the so called let`s say £50.00 suddenly jumps to £600.00 or much more soon as they have your credit card.
They ain`t got a clue about customer service or value for money but are out to simply RIP YOU OFF !
Imagine expecting a charge or £100 from your bank and you find it`s £1000 well that`s what they do and there covered because of the tiny tiny small print they set out which not enough people look at and that`s if your lucky enough to even get any paper work/contract .
Simply DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! they will rip you off as proved all over the internet by so many inocent people having there hard erned money snatched away from them and left with nothing !
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED AND PLACED ON NATIONAL TV SCAMS !

I have known Mr Augusti and Mr Lacken for many years now and ashamed to say I once considered them as close friends.
They are con men stay clear of them, they both drive brand new BMW's paid by you lot!

There was a comment on here at the weekend about advice for consumers I think from another trader regarding solicitors, bailiffs etc, can it be posted again please.

GUYS IF THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE ACCOUNTS CALL YOUR CC COMPANY AND ASK THEM TO DISPUTE THAT CHARGE AS YOU DID NOT SIGN EITHER AGREED FOR THIS SERVICE...THEY HAVE NOT RIGHT LEGALLY TO DO THIS ALTHOUGH THEY SAY THEY HAVE (DO YOU TRUST THEM?) THEY TRIED MINE LUCKILY i HAVE CANCELLED MY CC BEFORE...THEY TRIED BAILIFFS AND ALL THAT...BUT IGNORE THEM...DO NOT SPEND MONEY IN SOLICITORS..JUST IGNORE..THEY HAVE GONE NOW... I JUST HAVE THEM AND SEE OTHER PEOPLE BEING AFFECTED! ANY ADVISE ASK ME!

I too have experienced problems with this company, they also took money from my account unauthorised and now some three years later are threatening me with bailiffs for hosting costs, when I gave up in March 2010 of receiving a professional website and went with another company! Unbelievable! I also reported them back in December 2009 to Trading Standards unsure why they havent been shut down. Have solicitors involved now, perhaps you all should also file with the courts as you would all have a case of breach of contract and should be able to recover your costs in court, that would hurt them.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS, WEBDESIGN NO BETTER THAN A 5 YEAR OLD EFFORT!

Not happy... been charged for another year when I wanted to cancel didn't put it in writing damm it! Just thought I would look on here and see if this has happened to anyone else! Seems to be a lot worse! Didn't get any notice from the buggers! Just a renewal out of my account this morning! Keywords I have done with them have improved but not enough for me to pay out for another year, Completely forgot, they have only offered half back! Not Impressed!

Maybe you shouldn't be getting involved with national internet marketing companies because you have got to take the rough with the smooth, and there are more bad ones out there than good! its nothing new! when it does go wrong which in your case it clearly has you need better options available to your business than running to trading standards! which is where Mr joe Public will go when he is pissed off with his boiler service! its part of Business Pal get on with it and learn for next time!
