I went to your Norfolk site in the McCathur Mall and as I entered to look at some product, I overheard a person in manager position talking rudely to a African American employee. The African American female didn’t say nothing wrong but the white manager disrespected her until the African American female told her that she will not disrespect her. Now, I don’t know how or how long it had been going on, but the manager was very disrespectful, and she was using her position to belittle the other employee. After the argument, the lady talked to another woman in Russian as they looked at the African American female walk away from the situation. I was a loyal white customer to Clinique but not no more after this embarrassing moment. If I was her I surely would have a lawsuit filed against your employee and company.
