Can't load games. If They do load they will Not play.

I can't load and play any of the games. If it by a slim chance it loads it will never play today Dec.9, 2019.

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF CLUB POGO AND PAY MY MEMBERSHIP ANNUALLY - I RECENTLY WAS HACKED AND LOST A LOT OF MY INFORMATION. TODAY I GOT MY COMPUTER BACK AND WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVE UPDATED MY EMAIL ADDRESS [email protected] AND ALSO REGISTERED MY USER ID AND PASSWORD WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVE WHO CHECKED THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND I EVEN RECEIVED AN EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGING THE CHANGES. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET INTO MY POGO ACCOUNT AND SINCE I AM A PAID MEMBER I AM GOING TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE PROPER AUTHORITIES REGARDING YOUR LACK OF HELP WITH CUSTOMERS. I WILL NOT RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE OF YOUR LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Once again I am telling you on the game of Spades the cards are froze and won't move. So I can't play the daily game. Can you do anything about that?

For the last 5 hours i have been tryinf to get back on my regular club pogo exculive page with Enifiniti support, and microsoft, I can get on but not the page i play and i have lost 54, 483, 000 somewhat tokens I am tired of being throw off my cant get back on please help
