Money taken no order placed

In one of the Sydney royal Ester Show bags, I did a survey on about 10 April and got to place a free trial of a HYDROXATONE product this cost $2.66. The product turned several weeks later. On 25 May my account has been debited $91.41 with transaction details are CRD 23/05 10:02 139261 Debv Card (US 69.95) ACM*HYDROXATONE.COM.

I never placed an order. The Free Trial was just that.

Is there anyway that I can get my money back?
