I received a call today from a company called CMG Group stating I had gotten a payday loan online back in 2013 which the funds where deposited in my Wells Fargo account well that would have been true if I had a Wells Fargo account but since I didn't. Anyway the lady who called me couldn't answer any of my questions so she transferred me to some idiot guy who tried his best to convince me I had gotten this online loan from some company he couldn't even tell me the of and that I had a Wells Fargo account in 2013. So, I just let him have it because he was full of it and for being a complete dumbass and rude. He threatened to take me to court in Dallas Co. but I live in Collin Co. so they would to file in the county I live in, anyway I told the dude that if want go to court we can but it won't be pretty for your company but I will be contacting my attorney and the better business bureau to file suit for harassment and improper unethical business practices so the dude got pissed and hung up on me lol. Don't let these people scare you it's a scam and their just trying to scare you.

I got a phone call today from CMG group. They were rude, Nasty. Saying I had borrowed money from 2011 and never paid it back. I did take out a loan and i remember paying them back. They threatened to have the police come after me, that I was going to be detained today until i could get a court date. They threatened me said they were gonna come to my job. They said I owed 2000. but if i paid 558. today they would let it go. So i was getting ready to pay them and i was asking question whats date was this, who was this from and they said im not going around in circles with you good luck in court your gonna need it and they hung up on me. I called back and another women answered and said i owed 350 and it would go away today and i said okay i get paid tomorrow lets set this up. Said i had to pay them today or be arrested.

I immediately went to my lawyer freaking out and they told me it was a scam. I had filed bankruptcy in 2011 and all of my debt had been clear. She said not to believe any of it. I said what if its true? she said go to court, show them my bankruptcy and it would go away. I am still scared the police r going to show up and arrest me. They scared me so badly. Do not trust this group and do not give them money.

Got harassing calls stating a investigator cooke received docket court papers with #. She verified all my personal info without me giving any of it to her then stated i had to bad checks out and im wanted on felony charges of 7300 dolllars. One check to ABC lending in which i paid off years ago and CMG group in which ive never heard of. I was told id have to pay by 5:15 pm by money gram or a bank of america account she provided me bytoday, may 18 or be detained in prison until court date set. She placed me on hold in which i held for 10 minutes but hung up due to attending my children. Anyone have any other info on these people? Are they for real? Im not sure what to do.

This company called me and threatened me with court papers, supposedly they had a process server who was waiting to serve the papers to me. They said I had a loan deposited to a bank account that I had closed long ago, I have checked with the bank and there was no deposit, I have tried to call the number this company and Jessica gave me and it is a fax machine. I have called and had my debit card deactivated and a new one sent to me. This company is a scam and I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office here in Maine

I messed up and signed on with this company and it was the worse mistake I could have ever made. They just called and threatened to press charges and take me to court - the whole nine yards over a $300 loan? They are ruthless! and The bad thing is I never heard of CMG Group because the paper work had HYDRA Financial on it! I heard about this payday loan service on Russ Parr morning show which promotes the WEFIXMONEY.COM website- don't fall for people!! because Russ and the crew might not realize it but it's some shady mess going with them "payday' loans scammers!
