My wife referred me to Coast Dental Newberry Square in Gainesville, Florida after having problem with my dentures. I was seen by Dr. Salaeli before she was transferred. She took measurement for my new dentures. The problem I am having is with the uppers, I have no problems with the lower. I inform the Hygienists that the upper are not measured correctly,. On my last appointment I was inform that I need to have a tooth pull in order for the upper to fit correctly. I inform the hygienists that my old denture fit fine and why they couldn't have the new upper fit the same? All I was told is that I need to have the tooth pull. I have been waiting for months for the upper & I have to wear my old upper which have cracked & I have to glue together because I need something to chew my food. I have left several messages for a return call and no one have call me back. I am frustrated & I would like a refund back for the upper dentures since I do not have them. I will appreciate it if someone look into this problem. Thank you for your time in this matter.
