"I went to Coast Dental in Port Richey Florida on November 2021. Dr Horozitz stated i had a small cavity. I went back to have the filling. That night i was in pain with that tooth. I went back and i was scared so i brought my mother Marisa Antonello she missed work. He took filling out and put medicine and a temp filing. Then had to go back again for filling. Then went home i had a space between my teeth i never had. Called office and there was nothing they could do. The manager Stephanie told outside person that i am high maintance because i went to see another dentist for this same tooth. By that Dentist office in trinity. I was told cavity is still not right it was not filled all the way in a appropriate manner. I was charged threw insurance and copay of 79..99. Now i have to have same tooth fixed from my awsome dentist i have know and insurance wont pay and i feel i need a refund. I have tried to reach office manager there and was ignored for 2 weeks now . I finally got in touch with the manager Stephanie and she gave me Dr Horowitz and he told me I was wrong and the tooth was done wrong I told him it was not done we have both set of xrays to prove it and its not sand down he told me i own this coastal dental and i approve refunds and you will not be getting refund this is my problem and also laughed at me WOW!!! . How dare he speak to me this way when he screwed up my tooth. My whole family has changed after this matter. My father in law also has a problem with a tooth Dr Horowitz did also. I would like a refund from this company and also apology. I have never meet such rude and unprofessional people like this office in Coastal Dental Port Richey . My xrays are at Dentist in trinity if you need xrays for proof please call the dentist in trinity as for Susan 727-375-2000 they would gladly give you the comparision."
