I went to Coast dental on 29 June and I was going in for a liner for my dentures the lady and me had a language barrier that was not good Dr. Grosso Wooldridge I was trying to explain to her that I probably need aligner I had nothing wrong with it it was just writing up a little and it was hitting the top of my skin thing between the gums and the lip and she proceeded to go to the back and start shaving my denture down and I didn’t realize till I got home that she gave me an underbite and I didn’t feel right so I had to come back in on July 3 that was a Tuesday and they made me stay in the office for four hours and they did nothing for me it was horrible I told them they need to fix this I end up believing crying and it was A horrible situation so I’ve been calling the Better Business Bureau I have a thing with them open case I’m about to now to the health for the board of dentistry on them I spoke to a regional manager for Coast dental Don Jones he made me go back to get my mail done and the people didn’t want to help me and I got an argument with the Dr Grosso- Wooldridge I get headaches my mouth hurts it’s ruining my teeth on the bottom that I have I am miserable I can’t chew I always had a good bite a perfect smile now I look like a bulldog with my mouth I’m heartbroken don’t know what to do and I went to Great Expression’s where I originally got the dentures and they told me it’s going to cost $1300 to get a new set because my insurance only lets me have one set in a lifetime so now I’m suffering I don’t know what to do and I need help and please I hope someone can help me

I went to the dentist to see if I can get a liner for my dentures instead the Dentist Maria grosso wooldridge took my dentures and shaved them down and the teeth down and made me have a over bite with caused servere mouth and jaw issues I called the BBB on them they won’t respond back I’m filing with the board of dentistry and all I need help I can’t get another pair it’s once in a lifetime set I’m only 40 it will cost me 1300 for a new set I’m heart broken I spoke to Don Jones he said they will help and it was a cat and mouse game to get help no one wants to help what grosso did to my mouth it’s been since 6/29 no help all lies if you weren’t told to touch someone’s stuff why touch I get headaches now it’s pressing on the bone of my nose I’m so sad I need help this was Coast Dental in South Tampa FL 2307 south Dale mabry suite C I need help
