Don't bother. Go with a local contractor. I have waited almost 4 months and have not heard a word from them. Now my concrete pad is buried in snow and ice. Called early on and got "a couple more weeks" as an answer, then tried 3 times last week and got no reply at all. Once they have your deposit you can forget about any kind of HONEST ANSWERS from customer service. I have no faith that they'd be responsive to any type of service or warranty problems. So I am cutting my losses and bailing out. Not one more penny. I went through Carports dot com and they shuffle you off to one of their subcontractors so you have no choice as to who you actually deal with.
