Our home has the exterior stucco delaminateing from most our home, leaking windows, foundation damage, foundation leak, mold behind 70% of the bottom floor walls and a defective water heater that the builder had installed and blew up an flooded our garage causing water damage. My current HOI carrier dropped us and the home is uninsurable. Toll Brothers offered me $500.00. I am stuck with lender placed insurance that will increase my mortgage payment b about $1,000 a month if not more.
