My boyfriend and I went into cold stone to get a birth cake remix "ours" and did not even get a hello or how can I help you? There was no other costomers in the building. We were given or tub and went to the car. We then realized that our tub was only 3/4 of the way full and Hardly even mixed. We went back in and showed the girl....never said a word! Just threw more ice cream on top. Never mixing or adding anything. I feel we at least deserved an "I'm sorry" .

I presented a $1 coupon that I received from the newspaper. The manager mentioned that I could pick from 2 sizes and anything from the board posted on the wall. When I tried to pay for my ice cream with the coupon the cashier brought the manager over to review the coupon again. The manager said that it wasn't valid because I did not select a "signature item". I mentioned to her what I had interpreted from the manager. The cashier laughed at me and I said that it was deceptive advertising. The bottom line is if I misinterpreted what the manager had said I didn't deserve to be laughed at and the manager should have tried to make me feel like an important customer. They never honored the coupon and they never made me feel welcome. From the previous Yahoo review it looks like that this location is taking advantage of customers.

I contacted the Coldstone Creamery headquarters. They apologized for their employee's behavior. The employee has been reassigned. Thank you Coldstone.
