I feel so stupid that I have felt for the "free trial" except for US$1.99 shipping SCAM. When my usual cream ran out, I thought I try a new product when I saw an ad for the "free-trial". Stupidly, I supplied my credit card details to pay for the US$1.99 shipping. I saw the US$1.99 (x2 one for collagenix and one for Bellaplex) charged and think nothing of it as I know that I've agreed to pay that shipping cost. However, I never received the free trial products and 3 months down the track I've noticed US$69.95 charged to my card twice and another US$7.95. I called them and advised that I've been charged for products that I have never received or agreed to buy. The customer service guys said that I signed up for the 30 days free trial and as I never returned the product, I automatically agreed to continue to purchase the products hence the charges. I said I never got the trial products so I can't return what I never received and I never agreed to purchase any of the products given that I never got to try the products. He then rudely said it doesn't matter what I say whether I got the product or not. The fact that I've provided them with my credit card details means that I've agreed to the purchase and allowed them to continue to charge me! whether I received the product or not doesn't make any difference!!!! PEOPLE, PEASE PLEASE AVOID THESE PROMOTIONS!!!
