Due to some issues, my friend was asked to leave the country. On behalf of his presence, I would like to be the guarantee for his credit card and to pay back the amount.
To finalize this, one of the collection center have asked me to submit some documents which I have done around 4 weeks back. On the same day, they have informed me that some one will be calling and finishing of the request.
Its been 3 weeks am trying to call on the numbers I was given by customer care center as well as from the collection center, no one is answering as well as the customer care center representatives informed they are helpless issues like this.
Around 10 days back one of your employee have called and asked me to pay AED 1750 in order to close this issue, Since then I haven't received any calls or emails regarding this.
How would you expect people to pay of their liabilities if your employees are not supportive.
