Im an owner of a spa in Alberta, and yes POS Transactions also scammed me! All this info. was very useful. I ended up talking to the RCMA, my lawyer and Canadian Anti-Fraun Cerntre about them because I did send them 2 cheq. already. They informed me to write a letter back to POS Transactions stating that I want all invoices to stop and if they tried to cash the cheq the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and the RCMP will have a driect track record of who they are. So now we are waiting for whoever is in charge of POS Transactions to cash the cheq so they just the justice that they deserve!! Call Canadian Anti Fraud Certre is Ottawa also! 18884958501.
