I paid a company 14.95 to do nothing.......Was I scammed??

I would first like to complain that my order was cancelled by comcast because:
1. rep took my credit card info and gave me a confirmation # for the deposit transaction of $150
2. According to Comcast no deposit payment was entered into thier system by the third party vendor
3. 3rd party vendor took my credit card infor for a $14.95 processing fee and I did receive confirmation that my cc was charged
4. 3rd party vendor entered account holder info incorrectlyso it took several avenues for the Comcast rep to find the "junk acct"
5. 3rd part vendor entered in the wrong phone number for the bundle account deal...Comcast found the error
6. Comcast also stated that they do not charge a $14.95 fee but they do have sevral 3rd party vendors(UNBELIEVABLE!!)
7. Comcast also stated that notes FROM 3RD PARTYsay the rep had to take care of the order with two phone calls and that was A LIE.....all was done and processed in 1 phone call and the rep held on the phone while we cancelled Direct TV
*Now I have to check with my credit card company for fraudlent or unauthorized charges and make sure that the $150 does not get charged to my cc
*Now I know to make sure that I am dealing with a comcast direct agent to avoid foolish fees
*Now I have to place the cable order all over again and wait for another appt3 to have it installed and I may lose the $14.95 that was charged to my credit card
