Comfort Taxi SHA3455B

I am making complain the comfort Taxi driver SHA 3455B, around 12.30 pm on 3 Sept 20 attitude is very rude and not friendly user in the road.When we take from TTSH hospital,inside the taxi keep scolding us said why i don't go in the Taxi faster.
Caused in front got Taxi and the passenger can't walk so fast with wheelchair,have to slowly go in to the taxi and the maid have to fold the wheelchair,the drive have no patient to wait,.And said if i have call i will not fetch you, i will go off. And we have wait the infront taxi go off then can get in to his Taxi. We have to wait at the Taxi stand then get in to his taxi And my mother can't walk faster,her leg got problem,so have to walk slowly go in to the taxi and my maid have not go in the taxi, The taxi drove off, i so angry scold him and said my maid haven't get in the taxi why you drive off. When we inside the Taxi,The driver keep so scold us,why we so slow to get in to the taxi.:( And drop us at the wrong place....
Please tell him off,don"t be so rude to passenger and old people can"t move properly .....

SHB 4041 A - REFUSE TO LET PASSENGER TAKE THE FRONT SIT.

I am making a complain against the driver of SHB 4041 A On 10/05/2019 around 21.00+ at Blk 221 Boon Lay Shopping Centre, Singapore 640221 near the Bus Stop who pick up three of us , (each of us have a Handbag and a hand carry bag). One of us would like to take the front sit when open the door the shout out and says " take the back sit". I saw a handphone on that sit.
Just imagine we need to squeeze at the rear sit.

Cause there is a HANDPHONE ON THE FRONT SIT.

Wondering is the front sit, is for the Driver to put his Handphone???. PLS RESPONSE!!!

This driver should know the nearest way to reach the place, but he turn a big round and just want to earn extra few dollar.
Need to give him a warning, so that he don't take for granted that customer don't know the way to our destination

That's why nowadays many passengers prefer to book a Grab Service instead of taxi.

Picking up passengers that cut queue at taxi stand

I am making a complain agaist the driver of SH8897J who pick up a group of passengers who cut the queue at the OG People's Park Taxi Stand. I and other passengers had been queuing for almost half an hour when 4 passengers walk up and boarded the taxi that just drove up. When the passenger who was rightfully at the head of the queue tried to board the queue cutter refused to budge. I was next in the queue and when I open the passenger door to tell the driver the 4 were cutting queue he said he wouldnt know and there was nothing he can do. I was infuriated and told him I would make a complain against he. He hesitated for a few moments but eventually still decided to ferry those queue cutter.

Comfort Taxi need to educate their drivers on how to handle such situations.

This driver should know the nearest way to reach the place I have request but he turn a big round and just want to earn extra few dollar.
When I ask him and he quite and didn't say anything.
He pretend blur blur and silent....
Hope he can attend more courses so future he don't take for granted that customer don't know the way back home.

Making a complain against these 2 taxi plate numbers:SHD3434X AND SH3923D. These two drivers failed to stop when I flagged down for them. I was standing along Jurong West Avenue1 at 07-0715am, on 17/4/2015. Kindly revoke their license as this would teach them a lesson not to be racist taking only Chinese commuters. Tell them this is not China, its Singapore, a multi-racial country! I want a reply ASAP on this page as to what action you took. Thanks..

Worst service ever! Two times at one shot!

I made a complaint on 12 Feb 2012. To date, 23 Feb 2012, no investigation has been done. What kind of service is this? Increasingly rates and earning big bucks, yet such wonderful service. Kudos to Comfort Delgro! Btw, it's Comfort Hyundai Sonata taxi 3937.
