Bogus win of lump sum jackpot award

Received a letter and check stating that I had won a jackpot award of $1,327,940.00.......official form of tender #13570.......but stated that I was suppose to send in an acquisition fee of $11.89, payable to the office of ANC. I would like to be part of any lawsuit against these crooks. (Actually, kind of got excited when I first read this award letter......damn it!)
