Sending me a letter stating if I have the winning number I could win 2M and then they ask for a $12.99 fee to send me the "alleged certified letter of win" The whole thing reeks of fraud. I am sixty one years old and I am in poof health and boy could I use that kind of money but after struggling to read the misleading fine print I decide its a fraud. Made he physically sick I tell you. These thieves need to be shut down because old people like myself and who don't work and thus live on a very modest fixed income that $12.99 could mean our next meal, a utility bill, or even worse our medication. And some out there are all to willing to let their medicine go in order to send these thugs the $12.99 fee and all to be scammed. The lord will punish people of this kind of shady character.
