4.Compliance/disciplinary proceedings initiated against Sh. GL SHARMA during last 20 years.
5.Details of amount deposited in PF during last 10 years .

Subject : Request for REINQUIRY in the charge sheet date 5/10/2009 SERVED upon Sh. B.R.Mahi ex- manager – LBO, PNB Hoshiarpur Punjab
Sir,
I have already made a complaint to High Dignitaries / Official and President of India to order a reinquiry on the aforesaid subject. In this complaint I have mentioned certain General category officers from PNB CIRCLE OFFICE HOSHIARPUR who presented my case wrongly to the Higher Authorties for their vested interest.
Sh .G.L.Sharma investigated the Branch for sanction of Education Loan . He was not asked for my comments in the above investigation and submitted his false and fabricated, without any evidence, baseless report on the verbal instructions of Sh.M.S.Nijjar . I have not been issued any tabular Performa as per Bank guidelines, no explanation was called and a direct charge sheet was served upon me on 5 / 10 / 2009 . I asked for relevant documents to submit my defence against the charge sheet . It was not provided to me . I am afraid to say how without relevant documents it is possible for me to make my defence . The charge sheet was prepared by Sh. Chander Shekhar Gautam, Sh . S.K.Sharma, Sh. Pardeep Goyal, Sh. Bajaj and Sh.V.K.Khurana chief manager and other concerned officials who all were from General Category . They all followed the verbal instructions of Sh.M.S.Nijjar, Sh. Jaswinder Saini, Sh. G.L.Sharma, Sh. Chander Shekhar Gautam, Sh.S.K.Sharma, Sh. Bajaj who all discriminated against me on the basis of caste as i belong to Scheduled Caste . I have filed a case against Sh.M.S.Nijjar for calling me names on the basis of my caste which is still pending in the civil court Nawashahr Doaba ( Punjab ) .

Now, I have come to know from relievable sources that this complaint has been marked down to circle office PNB Hoshiarpur and the same officers who have wrongly presented my case, is again dealing with my complaint regarding reinquiry.

I am failed to understand how these general category officers will present true picture w.r.t. my complaint and write some material against themselves. If no justice is being done to me i will lodge a complaint against all these general category officers to CBI, CVC,
( INDIA )Finance ministry, Govt. of India and President of India.
It is requested to personally look into the matter so that these General category officers cannot discriminate against me on the basis of my caste (Scheduled Caste )

PLEASE SUSPEND THESE PERSON WHO PRESENTED FACTS OF MY CASE WRONGLY WITHOUT ANY BASE ANE WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES FOR DECSION AGAINST ME BY THE CONCERNED OFFICERS OF PNB HEAD OFFICE NEW DELHI AND PNB CIRCLE OFFICE HOSHIARPUR AND ALSO GIVE THE ORDER OF REINQUIRY FROM THE OTHER CIRCLE OIFFICE THAN C.O OFFICE HOSHIARPUR. THESE PERSONS PRESENTED THE CASE AGINSTS ME THROUGH PREJUDICE MANNER. SH. GAUTAM, PARDEEP GOEL. VK KHURANA. SH. R.K BAJAJ, S.K SHARMA, G. SHARMA ON THE INSTRUCTONS OF ME. M.S NIJJAR WHO IS TOTALY AGAINST THE INTERSTS OF OFFICERS BELONG TO SCHEDULED CASTE MANAGERS .I HAVE THREE DAUGHTERS AND WITHOUT WIFE AND WITHOUE SON.. PLLEASE TAKE THE MATTER SERIOUSLY, I REPRESET THE CASE ATHORITIES OF INDIA NOT THE PRESIDENT OF AMERICA MR. OBMA.
