I have tried several times to email you regarding an unauthorized charge to my credit card Nov.21st 2014 by safecart.com paretolog 855 432 0727 US 19.97 USD and a currency conversion fee. Please reply to my complaints.

Why do you make this so difficult, I just want my money refunded for a charge that was unauthorized but you make this website so hard that I have no idea what to do
