Comwave account number C876339,paid for their services $154 05/10/2020 and it never worked.made series of complaints to their technical dept and I was promised a technician will come to my home,nobody showed up.i was fed up with their attitude and asked for a cancellation which was initially refused.cancelled services because it never worked on 21/10/2020 and returned their equipment back to them which was delivered 27/10/2020.now I am asking for a refund because It never worked for one day and a rep told me I am not getting a refund.it sounds funny because I did not use the equipment for one day,so I need help
