I love these pies and eat them all the time, but I was surprised to find a hair deep inside one tonight. It most definitely was not mine. I’ve never experienced this with food that is packaged like this. Someone needs to be checking up on the people dealing with the food. Someone is probably not following rules and too fixed on looking beautiful & not properly wearing hair nets or something. Gonna be a long time, if ever that I’ll be able to bear to eat another one.

I bought Marie Callender’s brand frozen pie crust for baking and they were rotten. They tasted horrible, and had texture like concrete. People couldn’t even chew or bite into it. Worst frozen crust ever. And it ruined the pie fillings too. Both crusts were hard and inedible. People really couldn’t even bite them. Marie Callender’s frozen crusts are rated worst in the country.

Purchased your large chicken pot pie and was disgusted to find not one but two long hairs in the bottom of the pie...also a chicken bone. Not kidding. I'm totally nauseous just thinking about it. Used to serve this to family quite often but this will be last purchase. Step up quality control, this is unacceptable and nasty.

I purchased 2 pot pies from Kroger at 2/$6.00. I cooked one as directed and it was all crust. There was very little filling and NO gravey after microwaving. It was the worst thing ever, nothing like I expected as I have purchased before and for the most part they were edible. I microwaved the second one and it was exactly the same, all crust. I will not be purchasing anymore of your product. I am on a very limited income and cannot afford to purchase food that is not edible. Two pies in the garbage and no dinnner. I will tell others of this very inferior product. I would appreciate being compensated my $6.00.

Are you out of business? If so...say so. I went to store today, and there were only 5 pies on the entire shelf, not the right size either. I liked the bigger ones for about 2.65. One is a meal. None in the swtore. Also, your selection of flavors is GONE.

All you have is plain chicken, when they are there, and turkey. Turkey sucks big ones. I like beef, and chicken parmesian.NONE of either size. If you are out of business......send out a press release.

Bought the large size chicken pot pie, the worst dinner. NASTY. The few tiny chicken cubes included were from rejected chicken parts. In the chicken you saw the animals vessels hanging out of the squares of meat, along with the other pieces being crunchy like cut too close to the bone. So unappetizing I lost the crappy food immediately. Where's your quality control?

Why are you destroying a great product? By making so many new dishes in bowls, with so much white rice etc. ?
I can't find the dinners I like any more on the store shelves. where is the Chicken Parmesan and Meat loaf etc.
Even If you have to raise the price some, these NEW meals are Lunches NOT dinners !!

I would really love to know why Marie Calendars had to change the yummy green beans in your Steak and Roasted Potatoes Meal to some nasty, no flavor at all, rubberized green beans? The greens beans used to be a yummy green bean casserole but now their in between an old spare tire and an old leather hat. What a shame because I used to practically live on this meal. I surely don't buy it anymore. =(

I have been purchasing Marie Callender's pies for years because of the quality and size. They were simply delicious. I also have been to your restaurant many times until they closed them all. I have to say I am so disappointed with my purchase this time. I bought two pies for Thanksgiving this year, to find they are two thirds smaller with less filling, and a higher price. I am done, I can see that you have taken quantity and quality out of your product, and charge a higher price. I can and will make my own pies. Bad business decision you have made! I will never buy your products again!

Bought bos from BJ'S. Two pies had one piece of chicken, two had 3, and the rest had 2. Some had gravy but most were dry. Some had at least crust that took up half the pie and very little filling ( carrots etc.) Guess i will have to find another brand.

Bought box of 8 pies at BJ'S. Each pie was inconsistent @pies had 1 piece of chicken A couple had three. The rest had 2. Some had over half crust and little else. Some were very dry. Very dissatisfied. Have bought them for many years. We are senior citizens over 70. Guess willhave to limit buying to some other brand.

I always buy the Marie calendars pot pies every week from Walmart.The last four pies I bought were just terrible/I found one piece of a carrot and a piece of broccoli. The rest of the pies seemed very dry.. I always by the chicken cheesy bacon pot pie. Loved them for over da year now. But the last four were really bad.

I love your pot pies But!!! The last four pot pies I bought from Walmart were just terrible. . I found one carrot piece and one broccoli piece for veggies and the meat was tough. It seemed dried out too, II always buy them every week, but these two last times were just pitiful.Mari Callenders is the brand I buy.

I tried this meal for the first time and it was okay. When I went to Walmart to purchase some frozen meals, there was one frozen meal labeled differently from the others- Marie Callender's Steak and Roasted Potatoes-13.6 Ounce describing a classic green bean casserole. I thought it was just a totally different meal and there was only one left. It was very, very good! So good, that I have spent the last week going to different Walmarts, Targets and Albertsons to try and find it. Today, I called Marie Callender and found that the recipe has been "reformulated" and the 13.6 ounce with the classic green bean casserole is no longer being sold. This was a terrible disappointment, as the new recipe cannot even compare to the original. Along with the green beans being so bland that I had to mix them into the steak and potatoes for any flavor, the steak has way too much pepper when compared to the original. Finally, I am angry that the better product was allowed to continue being sold as if there would be more in the future. If I had never tried the one original still on the shelf, I would not know what I am missing. Whatever the reasons to reformulate- smaller size from a 13.6 ounce to an 11.9 ounce, less ingredients etc...the new product is not very good in comparison. Please, please, please bring back the original recipe even if you make a smaller portion or sale it as a specialty with a higher price.

I use to love Marie challengers meals especially the pot pies. This one was horrible. The broccoli was hard stems and few mushrooms.I am on a very tight budget. I had to throw it out and had nothing to eat that day. Like I said I am on a very tight budget and can only have one meal a day. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Will never buy again any of the mari e callender meals. Can't afford waste money

I use to like the pot pies but that has changed. I recently bought a creamy mushroom chicken pot pie. It was nasty. The broccoli was mostly stringy hard stems and hardly any mushrooms. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I have a very tight budget and can't afford to waste a penny. When I bought this, it was so bad that I threw it away. Had nothing to eat that day. I can only afford to eat once a day. Like I said I am on a very tight budget. Will never buy again or any of mari e calender products.

Heated the Chicken Parmesan in micro wave oven. The container is broken and leaking the sauce out. Marie Callender's used to be the best. Food was good. Now, over the last couple years you have gone downhill significantly. Yes that is too bad.

Just beef and the crust was soggy and didn't taste very good

Bought frozen turkey dinners. The entire product was just a pile of goo.
The potatoes had no flavor. The turkey was nothing but cubed processed turkey and as I said
one dinner had dressing and one did not. How awful! Apologized all through dinner for
the awful meal set before us.

You should put BACON on the front of the box and WAY BIGGER. I don't eat bacon and I thought this was a plain chicken chowder pot pie but eating it I taste this sweet bUT disgusting meat I read the box ingredients and it says bacon YUCK ! I WOULD'VE NEVER BOUGHT THIS

i was very disgusted tonight as i sat down to eat my salisbury steak and mac and cheese as the steak was hard and the mac and cheese had a nasty black bug in it

After cooking the pot pie and breaking up the top crust, I found a long course black hair already cooked into the crust. When I pulled the hair from the pie, a large chunk of the pie crust came up with the hair. Unfortunately, this system will not accept my photos of the pie and hair.

While eating one of your delicious chicken pot pies, I bit into a piece of sharp metal. Luckily, I didn’t chomp on it and cut my mouth or swallow it and cut up my insides. I’m really disappointed in this company right now after reading other complaints. Do you guys even care? Are you responding to these complaints? Anyways, I never had a problem with your frozen dinners, but this kinda needs to have some attention.

Bought 3 Marie Callenders chicken pot perform Walgreens on Union. Usually these are good but something is off about them lately. I heated one per instructions and when I went to eat it I notice a bile smell. Smelled so bad I couldn't eat it. I heated a second one to see if it was the same and it smelled ok so I proceeded to take a few bites. The chicken and flavor was disgusting. The delicious pot pie I was accustomed to now taste like indescribable disgusting mess. The chicken I'm not convinced it is chicken... It was a strange taste and texture. Within a few hours of consuming I began to feel very ill. Stomach was so sick with vomit and my throat hurt so badly. I hadn't eaten anything other than the MC pot pie. I eventually had to go to the Dr and I was told that I have food poisoning.
