Failure to perform

I would NEVER recommend Connectec to a friend.

I was promised specific services (they said they could solve three specific services).

They helped with one (I needed additional help to solve it) and they failed totally with the other two. And I wasted a dozen hours of my time.

Yes, I'd call that fraud.

And when I asked for my money back, they said no, citing their small print. So I'm out nearly $200 with nothing to show for it.
