Conns employees mistreats service dog
My service dog is an albino, which means lacking pigments. She has pink skin, a white coat, blue eyes, pink eyelids, and white-eye lashes. She must avoid the sun to prevent Cancer of the eyes. Therefore she is required to wear sunglasses or a cap to protect her eyes. On June 22, 2017 my service dog, my son and I walked into Conn's store and the lady greeting us started laughing at my service dog, and asked me "what is your dog's name"? Most importantly, my service dog had her RED VEST on with big WHITE LETTERS that said 'SERVICE DOG'. When I told the lady my Service Dog's name is starting calling my Service Dog's name out loud and yelled she looks funny. The customers were looking at us. Then two more emp0-loyees started laughing and making funny remarks regarding my Service Dog's cap she was wearing to protect her eyes. After several minutes of making fun of my Service Dog I spoke up and told them to stop. At that point another Conn's employee came by looked at my Service Dog and me, and said that "LOOKS STUPID" I have a life-threatening disability and for Conn's to laugh and make fun of me and my Service Dog is unprofessional, unethical, unacceptable, inhumane, and uncivilized. I called Mr. Nom Miller, CEO of Conn's he appointed Katherine to investigate my complaints. Conn's employees denied making the remarks, denied laughing and Conn's took no actions against the4 employees according to the "Freedom Of Speech Act" Katherine did not call and ask my son any questions of what he heard and saw. Katherine conducted a one-sided investigation and too Conn's employees side who denied laughing and making the horrible remarks.
If YOU have a DISABILITY please do not shop with Conn's. If you have a SERVICE DOG do not take him/her into Conn's as you will be laughed at and have horrible comments made to you. ANIMAL LOVERS I AM ASKING YOU 'DO NOT SHOP WITH CONN'S. THESE COMMENTS ARE MADE UNDER MY FREEDOM OF SPEECK ACT.

CHAIR UNDER WARRANTY BROKE, SAYS CONTRACTOR WILL FIX IT, HAS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS AND JUST ORDERED PARTS, BECAUSE CONNS HAS JUST O.K.ED PAYMENT FOR PARTS STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR PARTS THEN MAKE APPT. TO GET FIXED WON'T GIVE ME REFUND OR ANOTER CHAIR MUST WAIT MORE

RECLINER
I bought a couch & loveseat on Nov 1, 2011 & it is all scratched. We bought the extended warranty. They keep ordering the wrong part. Now 4 months later ALL cushions have to be changed. I asked for a new couch but Conn's only ok'd the 3 hrs of work per cushion...21 hours of labor!!! That is the stupiest thing that I have ever heard!!!
