My 86 year old mother became a victim of these scammers a couple of years ago. She has the onset of dementia and frequently has problem communicating. These unscrupulous group of people managed to get $895 of her money with no recourse. It was disputed once we found out, but of course they have dotted all their i's and crossed the t's in how they document the calls. There was no chance for us to get the charges reversed.

Do not have anything to do with this group of crooks - anyone with half a brain and internet access can put together the GBC binder of information my mother received in the mail - you've probably read a hundred similar articles in Good Housekeeping -- just prettied up with some colorful charts and graphs.
