Phone charges with Centurylink

My aunt received statement from Convergent Outsourcing, Inc for phone charges of $1,701.99 and a settlement amount of $851.00. There is no way she owes this. She is on a limited income and is in first stages of dementia. PLEASE stop this company from stealing from older Americans and those who are unlearned of their practices. Thank You
