Advertised as non stick. Loved it at first and gradually food started to stick.....in addition you cannot clean it. I called the customer service line, and I have to pay to ship it to them and insert $9.95USD for them to send me a new one. The pan is $29.95 to purchase. I might as well buy a new one. (I will not buy this product again). The customer service rep had no compassion, was rude and kept correcting me with sarcasm.

I am extremely disappointed. I will post this on all of my social media accounts.
