They have charged me with a $1800 dollar retainer fee. I can understand that, but they have not done a damn thing as far as starting on my case, the only thing they have done was a 4 minute phone call and a few emails one they claim took 1.5 hours to type really what is that chicken pecking the keys on the keyboard just that has cost $1350 of the retainer, this is rediculous and when I’ve been trying to call any phone line of their business for 3 days now u get a automated deal that says they are having issues with their phone lines, that is a scam and it leaves clients with no other choice other than to email them and when they receive the email there is another charge and then they will email u back and charge you for that 1350 dollars I have not even met the attorney representing me and I don’t plan to either
