not true took my money

I received the letter and assumed it was true and mailed12.99 to ANC then no response back.

Fraud Nitifications

Received notification of Winning $1,140,000.00, with a request for prepayment of $12.99 for processing the check/electronic transfer of funds.

I use to word for the Fraud Department of a Major Bank, we use to warn our customers about this scam in 1211, they were using the same P. O. Box and would like to know why this remains open. If is was joe smow I might have fallen for their request.
