I received a letter Schedule Form 13570 similar like the other people attached.
Some body has to stop this ... The are making money (stolen) with stupid letter writing many names many addresses from the public directory to see who is sending 15.99. USA has 300' population can you imagine how many letters that company are sending and how much are they collecting ... please ... we have a lot of people with needs, living on the streets .. If they send 1' letters and collect 15 per each, are 15' in the pocket ... It is incredible ...
