Late processing

To whom may it concern,

It's been 3 days ( 12/07/2018) since the parcel is out from transit hub ( I believe it's in KL)

Parcel is bound to kuching, sarawak. No updates since the above mentioned date.

Considering the list of complains listed in this forum, I've decided to post mine as well.

But would appreciated it very much if anyone from pos laju would like to shed some light. Thank you
