My daughter has been wanting to get her haircut and excited to get bangs and when she told the stylist she Wanted bangs this stylist proceeded to tell her that her hair had a natural curl And that she probably wouldn’t want bangs and all my daughter said was my hair is not that curly and the stylist replied with look I’ve been doing this a long time are you gonna listen to me or are you gonna argue with me. That is no way to talk to a child especially an 11-year-old child she was not arguing with her she was simply stating her hair was not that curly in her opinion people should not work with children if they don’t know how to speak to children needless to say my daughter left there crying which is not good customer service at all.
