refund nor received

I was told I would get a $150.00 rebate. I sent it the same day I purchased the phone and have yet to receive my rebate. I Purchased the phone at Costco in Feb 2016 and todays date is March 21, 2017. What's up. If you can not process the rebates you shouldn't be in business. DBall 803 441-0095 , [email protected]
