I purchased 2 iphones at Costco through Verizon at the Costco Irvine kiosk on 15Mar2015 and was told that I will get $200.00 COSTCO rebate per each cell phone purchased for a total of $400.00 Costco rebate.

It is now May 20. 2015 and I have not received the rebate that was promised. I called the Costco kiosk on 20May2015 and I was told to go online at Stuart Lee Rebate.

As a customer, I should not be following up on a rebate that is due to me after I have submitted all the requested documents needed for me to avail the rebate promised.

This to me is sort of a scam to get people to buy a product in exchange of a rebate......

Try to treat people honestly and with respect because what we spend is a hard earned money......
