Rebate
I decided because of the attractive offer that Costco/ Verizon had for getting the new Samsung Galaxy phone I changed carriers.
I submitted all of the paperwork as instructed.
I went to check my rebate and I only have 1 coming. The paper work had #2 phones and all the information.
I called 1-888-369-5931 and was told to go back to Costco and get new paperwork filled out and a new receipt.
Trying to call Costco Verizon Kiosk to try and save time well forget it! They never answer the phone.
Now I need to spend valuable time to fight traffic and spend hours waiting in line for 1 Verizon rep to help me.
Absolutely poor customer service on everybody's end.
