Missing Cash Card

Bought 2 iphone with 3 T-mobile connection from Costco.
After 90 days of activation, have to receive costco cash card 300$ to my house address.

The status of promotion in "mypromochoice.com" says that the card was issued on 21-Feb-2023. But still haven't received the cash card in my house address.

70 hours/3 days worth of repetition of calls to Costco/Tmobile customer service wasted my time and energy. No one knows anything about "mypromochoice"

Not sure what to do and finally ended up in wasting my money and time
