Not received rebate

I still have no received a rebate for $150.00 for the LGG Pad I was promised on 11/10/15. It has been over 18/EIGHTEEN weeks,
Verizon is definitely using deceptive business practices when they make the offers they used on me. Consumers have absolutely no rights anymore in dealing with these companies. I thought because they were doing business at Costco that I would be treated fairly when I.had a defective product. Not getting the rebate in a DECENT amount of time is just the least of their bad practice. I don't know how they get away with it.
